Micha\u0142 Sadowski, MSc Eng., MBA, Master Mariner<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

President of the Management Board | Maritime Industry Expert<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A master mariner and inland navigation master, manager and expert with many years of experience in the maritime industry. A graduate of Navigation, specialising in Maritime Transport, with a master\u2019s degree in Management and a postgraduate MBA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He gained his professional experience as a deck officer, chief officer and master, with responsibility for navigational safety, the organisation of maritime operations, crew management and vessel operations. As Master of the sail training ship Dar M\u0142odzie\u017cy, he combines responsibility for commanding the vessel with organising the education and practical training of future merchant navy officers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has participated in shipyard supervision and the acceptance of new passenger vessels, representing shipowners during construction and contributing to documentation, procedures and instructions for ISM safety management systems. He also has extensive teaching experience as a sailing instructor and examiner. At MASAD, he is responsible for managing the company, its development and oversight of the Maritime division.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
